Our association represents the Justices of the Peace and their clerks and provides education for the courts.
Over 22 years ago the Texas Justices of the Peace saw a need to have an association that strictly provided for the needs of the Justice of the Peace and the Court Clerks.

Our association was created to advance the interest of Justices of the Peace as officials of their respective counties and the State of Texas; providing continuing education for Justices of the Peace and Justice Court personnel; publishing and distributing reports, data, legislative updates, and other information related to Justice Courts; and to promote effective justice for the people of Texas.

Full Membership provides a reduced registration fee for our 10-hour Professional Development Seminars. The $75 registration fee is reduced to $50 with full membership.
