Fun Days at Sea

This 6-hour seminar will be broken into two 3-hour sessions.  The first session will be held Friday, November 10th, 2017, our first day at sea, from 9:00 a.m. to noon.  The second session will be held Sunday, November 12th, 9:00 a.m. to noon.

The rest of the day is yours to use as you please.  There is lots to do on board, from mini golf and other sport activities, to bingo, art auctions, a friendly casino, food & more food, and of course, plenty of lounge chairs to relax the day away without cell phones.

But most importantly, take advantage of this great networking opportunity to meet and get to know judges, clerks, attorneys and other associates of our organization and court system.

The Attendees

Seminar & Cruise is Geared for Everyone

Justices of the Peace, Court Clerks, Constables, District Attorneys, County Attorneys, County Judges, County Commissioners, County Auditors, District Judges, Attorneys, Law Enforcement, Probation Officers, and their staffs should attend this informative seminar.  Each will come away with a better understanding of the new laws.  With this understanding, everyone should be able to better work together to serve the citizens of Texas.

But you do not have to attend the seminar to take advantage of this unique opportunity to network with your colleagues.  There will be plenty of time and other activities that will give you this chance.

This why you are encouraged to bring your families and friends along.  We all work long, hard hours and spend many hours away from our families and friends.  This will be a unique opportunity for all to fellowship and meet many of our colleagues.

The Booking Process

TJCJA is also encouraging our many sponsors and venders, their staffs and families to join us on this experience.  What better atmosphere to fellowship & network.

Contact our Travel Service at 409-762-2612.  Ask for Jo and let her know you are booking with the Judges’ Association and she will help you reserve your cabin, ensure you have the proper documents, get you cleared by Homeland Security and answer any of your questions concerning Carnival Cruise Line and this cruise.  For other questions, comments and tips on cruising, contact your TJCJA Cruise Coordinators Greg & Betty Magee, cruise@tjcja.org.
