12 hours of education for Judges & Clerks. Breakouts for Clerks only, to include (1) Clerk’s Responsibilities for Jury & Bench Trials and (2) Legal Advice vs. Legal Information. Training will include Record Retention, Rule 12 & Common Law Inspection, DWOP dockets, Order of Retrievals, and “Everything You Wanted to Know About Drones.” And of course, the final two hours of Legislative Updates.
